TJ Cliatt is an individual who has always identified as an “Underdog,”
Consistently overachieving through dedication and hard work. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Columbus State University, his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Augusta University, and holds certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS, NSCA) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC, NASM).
TJ is currently an orthopedic resident and works as a physical therapist at an outpatient orthopedic clinic.
Passionate about exercise, self-improvement, and continual growth, TJ firmly believes in the power of a growth mindset and truly enjoys helping others succeed and reach their goals. Relatable and approachable, he still enjoys chasing personal bests in the gym and celebrating small wins along the way.
His dream of starting Underdog Personal Training forged from his own fitness journey and is here to pave yours through expertise, support, and dedication.

chelsea cliatt, mph, CHW
Chelsea Cliatt is a public health professional, wellness advocate, and co-owner of Underdog Personal Training, where she also serves as Director of Operations and Marketing. With a Master of Public Health in Health Management and a background in community health, resilience, and health education, Chelsea brings a unique, systems-driven approach to fitness and wellness—ensuring that every program Underdog offers is not only effective, but sustainable and accessible.
Chelsea oversees the day-to-day operations, client experience, branding, and marketing strategy for Underdog, helping transform it into a results-driven, people-first fitness community. Her experience developing and evaluating wellness programs at institutions like Morehouse School of Medicine and Area Health Education Center (AHEC) allows her to integrate evidence-based health principles into everything from training programs to client engagement.
As the founder of Sis, You Got This, a nonprofit dedicated to women’s physical and mental health, Chelsea is deeply committed to empowering individuals through education, movement, and confidence-building. At Underdog Personal Training, she combines her passion for wellness, resilience, and community to help clients not just change their bodies—but build healthier, stronger lives.

henry felton III, MIS, BS, AS
Henry Felton III is the one behind the camera capturing the moments you don’t always see.
His background is rooted in discipline and service. Henry began his Air Force Reserve career in 2020 as an Enlisted Materiel Manager with the 476th Fighter Group in Valdosta, Georgia, later earning the rank of Non-Commissioned Officer in 2023. The military taught him structure, precision, and the importance of showing up consistently, lessons he carries into every frame he shoots.
Before stepping fully into creative work, he spent over eight years in higher education at Columbus Technical College, Valdosta State University, and the Georgia Institute of Technology, working in roles centered on communication, outreach, and student success. That experience shaped how I tell stories: with purpose, clarity, and respect for the people in front of the lens.
Now, as the videographer for Underdog Personal Training, his mission is simple—to document real effort, real growth, and real transformation. He is here to highlight the grind, the setbacks, the breakthroughs, and the discipline behind every result. Not just workouts, but journeys.
Because the most powerful stories aren’t staged, they’re earned.
